About the Author
Carolina Hospital is a poet, essayist, and novelist who teaches composition at Miami Dade College where she was twice awarded Endowed Teaching Chairs. She has published six books including the INSTRUCTOR'S GUIDE to NORTON'S NEW WORLDS'S OF LITERATURE, the novel A LITTLE LOVE, under the pen name C. C. Medina, A CENTURY OF CUBAN WRITERS IN FLORIDA, a seminal work for understanding the cultural history of Florida, and most recently THE CHILD OF EXILE: A POETRY MEMOIR, published by Arte Publico Press of the University of Houston.
